Job Description

Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

The freelance will be working in Growth Center's Discovery tribe, focusing in (psychological) assessment tools development. Working with the Project Officers, the Freelance Discovery Analyst's responsibilities are:

Build and manage relationships (both one-on-one and one-to-many) with business-to-business (B2B) clients, communities, and/or institutions that are related with Growth Center's businesses – business, research, and non-profit purposes;

Introduce Growth Center to new business, communities, and/or institutions by taking the role of Growth Center's contact person;

Become Growth Center's representative that takes the initiative to offer help, services, and assessment & people development solutions for new potential clients;

Gather feedbacks and new development ideas from the clients and communities;

Actively learn about the characteristics, needs, and expectations of business clients and communities (such as assessment content and topics, products, services, etc.);

Act as the brand ambassador of Growth Center and the assessment products (both the existing and the to-be developed ones);

Create, lead, and manage communities that are related to Growth Center's businesses (e.g. psychological assessment tryout participant communities);

Aid the Discovery team in conducting assessment development tasks such as market research, theoretical research, item writing, assessment tools rollout, searching for test participants, and assessment result analysis.
Final year student or university fresh graduate in Psychology (or related fields);

Passionate in Business Development and/or Community Development;

Previous experience in growing and managing communities would be an advantage;

Have knowledge and interest in learning about psychological testing and assessment tools;

Knowledge in psychological assessment, psychometrics, and statistical analysis;

Good English and Indonesian communication skills;

Stakeholder management and adaptability to different personalities;

Growth mindset.
