Your responsibilities will include various administrative and/or project related duties in support of management and their teams which include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar and Travel support. Complex calendar, travel management and coordination
  • Maintaining schedules, coordinating, planning and logistics for key internal or external meetings and events
  • Prioritizing critical tasks in real time
  • Serving as an information resource and communication channel for policies and procedures and as a resource for business and office related software applications and tools e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, Workday, Concur, Expenses etc.
  • Exercising sound judgment and decision making to resolve moderately complex problems
  • Working with a diverse and dispersed team including other senior executive assistants to coordinate activities
  • Other activities include event support, maintaining organization charts, mailing lists, corporate purchasing, budget reconciliation etc
  • Working with integrity always, handling highly confidential information and maintaining trust


Qualifications


The position requires a high level of initiative, the ability to anticipate next steps and must be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Professionalism: Capable in managing sensitive and confidential information, using discretion and judgment to ensure applicable private/proprietary business information, data, transactions, and correspondence maintain confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Ever-changing environment: Adaptable to a changing, dynamic environment, proactively thinking ahead for sr. mgmt. and prioritizing deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Team player mindset: A collaborative rapport building demeanor to allow working closely with the senior and executive administrative staff in peer executive offices for problem solving
  • Multi-tasking abilities: Handling multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities with strong attention to detail and demonstrated skills to prioritize, and multi-task

Work Model for this Role


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
