Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for internal position.The Human Resource Manager (HRM) is responsible for support planning, and managing HR general activities for internal affairs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute end to end HR generalist duties
  • Maintain and build the company culture
  • Plan onboarding and offboarding program
  • Deal with contract development
  • Do employee reviews/organizational development
  • Create employee engaging program
  • Oversee training courses and collaborate with the training manager

Job Requirements

  • Majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal or related major from reputable university
  • At least 8 years experience in Human Resource field
  • Strong leadership and management skill
  • Knowledgeable in regional policies are preferred
