About the role:
As Service Improvement Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day service activity, metrics, and performance of Operations team. The goal is to continuously improve our service through initiatives, standardization, and other effort in the way of providing top-notch services for majoopreneurs. To succeed, you’ll need a comprehensive understanding in SaaS business process, familiarity with high-quality service standard and ability to collaborate with people across area of expertise. Together with all stakeholders within majoo, you will play a significant role in elevating entrepreneurs all around the country.
What you will do:
Responsible to day-to-day activity and performance of Service Improvement unit in reaching targeted goals
Review, analyze, and suggest improvement of work flow and procedures to maintain high quality service
Collaborate with leaders across divisions to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives
Contribute in minimizing and mitigating possible risks while pushing the improvement agenda within Operations teams
Actively proceed with development initiatives for all members of Service Improvement unit
Participate in cross-functional projects based on company’s need as an ad hoc activity and execute project goals to successful completion
What you will need:
At least 3 years of working experience as operations supervisors in customer service or support operation
Comprehensive understanding of operations business process, efficiency model, key performance indicators and its contributing factors
Experience in managing teams and inspiring team members to achieve excellent service
Sharp eye for detailed process to identify gaps and room for improvement
Exceptional problem solving skill and analytical thinking
Additional Experience
Experience in project management capabilities will help you navigate several projects in day-to-day basis
Familiarity with CRM tools such as: Zendesk, Sociomile, PABX, IVR, etc
