Location: Indonesia Department: eCommerce Platform Location: Indonesia Job Description Key tasks and responsibilities

Co-own all aspects of day-to-day onboarding operations work, in line with the intended key performance indicators (KPIS) , seller journey and experience .
Co-owns other operational aspects of in-house onboarding work, which will include, budget operations, project management and owning process improvement reviews.
Analyze account performance to identify, recommend and implement optimization techniques and strategies to meet goals and expectations
Conducts continuous research & development on competitors to ensure that Laada’s onboarding capabilities remains to be a market leader
Identify opportunities to improve Lazada’s advertising product based on Seller feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
Work with solutions support, product and technology teams to identify and solve issues blocking performance
Collaborate with data product team to conduct data/report automation projects.

Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3-5 years working on Onboarding Operations work or similar Data analyst roles with Relevant academic qualifications University Graduate with Bachelor Technology / Business/ Economics
Take ownership of your identified problems, present and implement said solutions to ensure effective operation.
A firm believer in Experimentation & Measuring its success; strong data analytical skills and deductive skills.
Ability to shift the priorities & move fast based on business needs
Possess high level of integrity and able to always maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to engage and influence senior management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a large organization
Relevant work experience in a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Fluent in English
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives to meet deadlines.
