Site Facility Engineer is responsible to maintain a variety of systems and functions within the facility; monitor the facility for compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulation; and as a problem solver to reduce cost, improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and centralize the preventive maintenance and repair schedule for building, utilities, and equipment as recommended by system suppliers.
  • Control documentation for facilities and equipment maintenance systems building.
  • Coordinate all facility maintenance activities to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure maintenance is performed on time and in accordance with procedures.
  • Manage the permit to work system including permits for vendors in accordance with health and safety procedures.
  • Support Quality Assurance in audits with the provision of maintenance documentation; selection of vendors, and installation of new utilities and equipment.

Requirements
  • Min. bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
  • Min. 3 years working experience supervisor level in logistic & supply chain industry.
  • Experience of facility maintenance in healthcare / pharmaceutical / warehouse is preferred.
  • Have knowledge of permit to work for systems and health and safety involved in facility maintenance.
  • Able to work in flexible hours, self-motivated, and independent.
