Job Description

FinAccel is looking for a senior technical program manager to play a key role within engineering and drive programs that span across the organization. This role will be responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning and execution of large-scale technical programs that help to solve complex problems


About the role

  • Define the long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives.
  • Drive program execution using comprehensive and effective operating models with consistent communication and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate across organizations and with senior leadership/executives to drive customer-focused and business-impacting outcomes.
  • Mentor Technical Program Managers, and help hire and develop individuals at all levels while being an exemplary practitioner of Technical Program Management practices



About you

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 8+ years of Technical Program/Product Management experience
  • A track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization.
  • Drive and scale internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure and organizations.
  • Drive inter-team transparency and alignment; highlight cross-team dependencies, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure impactful initiatives are delivered accurately on or ahead of schedule.
