Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Jakarta office: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) AVP

We will count on you to:
Provision of month end results and commentary
Analyse variances to identify any missed/wrong accruals
Prepare revenue rollforward file and month end commentary
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Prepare local management reports by dept and month end Company MI report

Production of detailed monthly forecast
Analyse renewal variances categorising into lost, timing, rate/volume changes
Discuss with business leaders on current month NB forecast and outlook for next 2 months
Review expenses on run rate
Prepare overall forecast P&L, revenue rollforward and forecast commentary
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

Financial Modelling
Review models for financial analysis to drive actionable business insights
Reveiw analytics associated with operating reviews to improve business performance
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Manage ad hoc reporting requests
Projects from Regional/Corporate
Assist with projects from regional / corporate office

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis working experience
Sharp verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office applications, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in excel using advanced formulas.
Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and well organized
Experience with P&L analysis, forecasting and budgeting
