Job Description:
  • Collaborate with local Relationship Managers to achieve commercial and operational excellence
  • Provide relevant solutions related to inquiries, issues, and escalations from local Relationship Managers to optimise the new seller’s performance
  • Support the Incubation Lead on project management related to incubation programs, features, or campaigns to help new sellers in each city experience growth
  • Collect and manage data from the local Relationship Managers for business report
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the program is relevant and effective for new sellers’ growth

Requirements:
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience preferably in Business Development or Incubation Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
  • Independent team player
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
