Job Description

Work closely with stakeholders to understand the pain-points and to collect data and other information required to configure software systems.

Conduct software training and make sure smooth implementation on a daily basis.

Customizing software configurations based on stakeholders needs and specifications.

Communicate with product engineering team to solve the stakeholders’ problems.

Educating stakeholders on how to use software systems and customized system features.

Creating a specialized document for stakeholder.

Installing customized software systems and all necessary components.
Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist.

Background in Computer Science or Engineering is an advantage.

Able to communicate solutions to all stakeholder.

Having understanding in warehouse flow is an advantage.

The ability to multitask effectively.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Strong drive to make things happen, ability to influence and have critical-thinking.

Detail-oriented.
