We are looking for a talented and motivated creative head to lead our company's creative team. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.
As the creative head, you will work closely with the graphic designers, video editors and brand team to deliver engaging contents that are relatable with our millennial and gen Z customers and potential customers. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, ads and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Set quality standards and create procedures to ensure all marketing collateral are aligned with the brand guidelines.
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Assist external and internal stakeholders in creative projects and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Supervise the team's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy and visuals that meet brand requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in art, design, marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
A minimum of 5 years’ of hands-on experience in building a fast-growing consumer brand (a brand of a digital product is a big plus).
A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing.
Passionate in application development techniques and technology.
Bachelor/Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
