Job Description
1. Developing graphic design and motion video for Lazada always on and Mega campaign.
2. Contributing in ideation of a campaign
3. Participating in various design and video projects from concept to completion
4. Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
5. Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve creative output from time to time
6. Actively be part of a close-knit team— creative manager, copywriter, sr. graphic designer, videographer, and branding manager —that partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support Lazada mega campaign, always on communication and brand activities.
7. Working closely with the Indonesia and regional brand and marketing management team to assist conceptualize and drive effective design for business growth
8. Developing effective and impactful design, ensuring ATL/ BTL/ Digital activities are in line with Lazada’s strategic business direction
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design or graphic design or arts
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in advertising or digital agency or in-house creative as Graphic designer.
3. Experience in managing ATL / BTL / social marketing activities.
4. Experience in handling technology company, such as e-commerce, ride hailing, fintech with a fast pace track is a plus point.
5. Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage;
6. Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi-task, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong leadership
