Responsible for the Autodesk Design & Manufacturing (D&M) business in Indonesia. Primary responsibilities are to achieve sales targets and key objectives determined by management for design & manufacturing industry in the assigned territories:
Critical role in sourcing, leading and building relationships with top end-user opportunities , either directly or co-selling with partner to create opportunities for design & manufacturing solutions
D&M specialized partners empowerment and coaching
Internal reporting, of weekly forecasting and daily CRM (SFDC) updates
Responsibilities
Creates opportunities and manages the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close of sale. Lead boldly to grow Autodesk D&M business in Indonesia
Advocates Autodesk D&M thought leadership messaging (Future of Making) and sells the entire Autodesk D&M portfolio, empowering customers to achieve their business objectives and solving their business issues
Weekly forecasting, weekly activities updates, and daily sales opportunities update in CRM system (SFDC)
Drives new business by developing new targeted accounts, expanding into new territories/industries and selling deep into targeted accounts
Works with stakeholders (partners, technical specialist, marketing etc.) to engage, understand, craft solutions, get buy-in, highlight value proposition and set up solution demonstrations
Work with partners to sell D&M products, review funnel, direct led sales and program/promotion executions
Minimum Qualification
5 years’ experience in enterprises and manufacturing industry as individual contributor sales representative. Direct end-user engagement and large account management
Bold, self-driven, minimum supervision, tactful and high integrity
‘Hunter’ mentality to find and create sales opportunities
Good communication skills, both presentation and proposal writing
Exposure to design & manufacturing industry. i.e. industry machinery, manufacturing, oil & gas, automotive, electrical & electronics
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering preferred or Degree in any other fields of engineering
