Responsible to conduct quick learning & quiz for Tokopedia product knowledge to Nakama partner
Responsible for evaluation training & quick learning process
Analyze & provide development solutions for quality management issues on the floor
Responsible for following up improvement Customer First Squad (Customer Service team) by finding on the floor
Responsible for managing trainer consultant
Requirements :
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from any major
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience
Has the ability to quickly adapt
Have good communication skills between Tokopedia internals & vendors
Has the ability with project management
