Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Support end-users to solve every problem in hardware, software, and system.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in related field (Information Technology, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or related discipline) from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in IT Support.
Mastering computer hardware and software (troubleshooting network).
Have knowledge of macOS or Apple products will be an advantage.
Preferably have some experience with server installation and setup using virtualization and clustering, SQL family of database operation, data network setup and configuration using switch and router, also experience in cloud computing system.
Willing to work and travel onsite.
Able to drive and have a Car Driver License.
Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
