Job Description

Job Summary

To execute warehouse operations primarily receive and dispatch finished goods and materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse daily activities for inbound, put away and outbound process

  • Responsible for intra warehouse movement/stock replenishment
  • Responsible to inputs data for all incoming goods into SAP system on a timely manner, maintain stock movement (in and out) and updating all data in SAP system based on Transfer Order (TO) or warehouse task.
  • Assures all orders in SAP system are closed completely. If there are any outstanding processes, related dept. should be informed as well
  • Ensures adequate EHS standard implementation in all warehouse activity such as loading/ unloading, goods movement, preparation, and storing and report to Warehouse Manager all deviation happened during this process,
  • Controls all warehouse housekeeping and daily checks tool and other facility to prevent any problem before warehouse begins the activities
  • Monitor stock accuracy by coordinating daily cycle count activities.
  • Conduct monthly and annually stock count
  • Coaching and training warehouse operator
  • Problem solving with related departments
  • To ensure safe & healthy work environment.
  • Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

  • Non-moving and slow moving inventory
  • FG Stock Freshness
  • Accuracy in cycle count
  • OTIF
  • FIFO

Work experience requirement

5-7 years of experience in handling warehouse operations in FMCG manufacturing companies.

Qualification

Must have a bachelor degree
