    More than 20 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Project Construction Management.
    Expertise in C&S, tanks, piping, mechanical construction activities, construction management in large
    Oil and Gas petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Refining, Petrochemical and LNG , Chemical/Oil Port
    Terminal & Offshore Platform projects etc.

    What you'll be doing on the job
    • Field Supervision of construction management & supervision of piping, equipment & structure ,
    erection
    • Review of job procedures submitted by construction contractor and participate in weekly
    coordination and schedule meeting with Client, sub-contractors & vendors.
    • Undertake Construction Readiness Review & Construction Kick off Meetings for sub packages
    • Liaise with Site Quality Lead, HSE and discipline supervisors / Engineers to ensure consistent
    approach to construction and NDE issues. Provide technical support and assistance as required.
    • Ensured all elements of construction activities performed by contractors are in accordance with
    approved engineering drawings, design specifications, owner’s standards, contract coordination
    work procedures and applicable codes by appropriate checks and verifications.
    • Review and appraised contractor’s work procedures, constructability study,
    • Experience in piping materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, LTCS
    • Responsible for delivering the necessary technical advice to complete installation
    • Conduct systems’ line check, system walk down and validation per P&IDs & isometric drawings.
    • Generate and clear punch list.
    • Reviewing & preparation of Test Packs for Hydrostatic Testing.
    • Witnessing of Flushing / Hydro test activities and Inspection of reinstatement activities
    • Coordinate with Sub Contractor to carry out the punch listing, Line walk down inspection of all
    subsystems
    • To carry out construction Assessment Checks as part of Construction Surveillance Plan
    • Perform Incident reporting, analyse causes, and initiate corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
    • Review and verify progress claim, variation order, change order from contractor / supplier.
    • Liaise with site manage to interface with customer, local contractor.
    • Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
