Bachelor degree of Law / Human Resource Management / Psychology
Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager
Good knowledge about HR, especially in Industrial Relation
Good communication & negotiation skills
Good leadership ability

Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.

Responsible in services of personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense
Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document for expatriate, etc)
