Requirements
Pendidikan minimal D3 atau sederajat
Tegas dan integritas yang tinggi

Responsibilities
Membuat penjadwalan staf (freelance dan pkwt), captain dan rider/driver
Monitoring penggunaan petty cash yang baik (top up, cash opname)
Monitoring setoran COD oleh rider dihari yang sama dan memastikan setoran COD tersetor ke Virtual Account masing masing station maksimal H+1 dengan cutoff jam 11:00
Monitoring Performance Station KPI yang terdiri dari: Cosr Per Parcels; N-0 sd N-5 Completion Rate; Quality Recovery dan Fake POD, Terminal Day 6; Lost&Damaged Rate dan Priority Parcels Rate
Monitoring Performance Station Non KPI yang terdiri dari: SLA Rate; Valid POD Rate, Quality Recovery Response, Lead Time Station, Breach Rate
