About the Role
As our KYC Project Manager, you’ll be part of the greater KYC verifications team that directly impacts Gojek’s partners. Your main objective will be to lead projects that further enhance KYC processes contributing to measurable benefits for the team's operations. You’ll help identify gaps in our current operational processes, come up with automated solutions to resolve these issues, and review their subsequent results. The main KYC streams, as well as the Product and QC teams, will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly ensure the KYC team operates with great efficiency, reducing manual processes across all KYC functions and facilitating seamless new product deployment.

About the Team
Our KYC (Know Your Customer) team is a family of project managers, merchant supervisors, and customer managers based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The gist of our role is to ensure our Gojek platform has proper KYC processes for onboarding our customers and merchant-partners, overseeing the compliance of all regulatory requirements and delivering the best service level for the KYC process possible. We work closely with other cross-functional teams, including the Verification, Regulatory Compliance, Risk & Fraud, Product, and Operations teams, to deliver seamless KYC initiatives, ensuring the quality and compliance of these initiatives, as well.
Some of the past projects our team has worked on include automating the KYC Customer journey, and implementing several process improvements that effectively shortened the service level agreement (SLA) KYC process.
Working from home has been a strange time for a lot of us, so our team has been taking time on our calls to trade advice on the best ways to keep sane with this new work set up. We're a very close team made up of bookworms, gamers, coffee drinkers, and Netflix watchers. We look out for one another, and work together to get the job done.
