Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and solve end-user problems
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (Servers, Mail, Internet, WAN, LAN, etc)
  • Responsible to install, configure computers, hardware, software, network printer, and scanner
  • Responsible to maintain IT Asset, hardware, and software
  • Provide approved end-users service request
  • Write and send the report on the end-users problems and request
  • Perform regular maintenance for end-users PCs and IT equipment
  • Do the mail server, networking and do PR and SR
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Responsible to support all users inside the company

  • The range of age is from 22 to 40 years old.
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree with GPA minimum 2,75.
  • Minimum 0-5 years experience years working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in assembly and troubleshoot PC Hardware & Printer
  • Could to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows
  • Good in Administration of Documentation database
  • Has experience using MS. Office, Libre Office, Zip, etc
  • Firm knowledge in the Networking area (TCP/IP, Cable, Termination)
