Job Description:
  • Manage accounts and ensure new sellers achieve commercial and operational excellence on Shopee
  • Provide relevant solutions related to inquiries, issues, and escalations to optimize new sellers’ performance
  • Educate new sellers on Shopee's platform features and policies, and engage them to participate in campaigns
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the program is relevant and effective for new sellers' growth
  • Manage and monitor the relationship with sellers during the incubation program after acquisition.

Requirements:
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
  • Independent team player
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
