About the Role Regional CE Manager (Digital and Persona Campaign) oversees digital and persona campaigns in the regions which aims to hack growth for focused products. He/she is analytical and creative at the same time, and always looking for growth opportunities. This role combines deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management.
What You Will Do
Responsible for driving consumer engagement focus areas in terms of Digital & Campaign which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver District target completed orders and active users.
Create consumer engagement strategy and plan according to local insight, merchants branding & POI domination and HQ driven initiative amplifications for the region.
Oversee completed order transaction and MTU achievement vs target in regular basis, immediate actions to fill the gap if any
Manage regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences.
What You Will Need
Bachelor degree from top university or any well-known universities from each region) or abroad with GPA > 3.2 or equivalent (preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business)
At least 5 years of working experience in marketing
Solid experience in handling ATL and BTL marketing
Good understanding of local knowledge & demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign
Able to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team
Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritization, organization and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills
About the Team Regional CE Manager (Digital and Persona Campaign) or called RCEM is work as center of excellence for digital and persona campaigns in respective regions. He/she will collaborate intensively with District Head to drive consumers and win their perception. He/she will have matrix support in every district called Consumer Engagement Executive who run and execute all strategies defined. RCEM Digital and Persona Campaign will report to Regional CE Head together with Regional CE Manager (Partnership and Visibility)
