Effectively supervise all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering major.
  • Min. 8 years previous experiences in construction
  • Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
  • Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills.
  • Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detail records.
  • Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.

Responsibilities:


  • To manage and provide leadership to Subordinates controlling on a day to day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to achieve the construction schedule and the project quality on the site.
  • Assist the Project Management team to promote and develop team work.
  • Ensure Subordinates plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings.
  • Understanding the basics of the project budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
  • Provide input into the project execution plan, weekly progress and management reports.
  • Initiates, develops and assists with the implementation of construction methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
  • Review client specifications, drawings and ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the work.
  • Assist the Project HSE in actively promoting a safety culture and awareness.
