Be able to demo the company’s value proposition via demo both virtually and in-person
Become a subject matter expert on the platform and industry as a whole
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in an IT Service company
Have an experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations/transformation programs.
Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client.
