Job Description

Manages existing customers and recruits net new target customers

Ability to gather customer requirements, create solutions, articulate value propositions, calculate return on investment and manage complex contractual process

Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps.

Manage your pipeline through the sales process and properly document in salesforce to maintain data integrity

Be a consultative sales professional with prospects and report relevant feedback to the company to improve product’s quality and service delivery

Be able to demo the company’s value proposition via demo both virtually and in-person

Become a subject matter expert on the platform and industry as a whole
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in an IT Service company

Have an experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations/transformation programs.

Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and results-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
