Work with in-house recruitment follow up candidates
Assist hiring partner to analyze current staffing needs & creating a forecast.
Involved in the development of talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.
Assist hiring partner in handling end-to-end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview, and conducting any related test
Final year or fresh graduates from any major are welcome! preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering.
Well-polished communication skills to convince prospect
Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search
Passionate about people and taking care of the organization
Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.
Proactive with good initiatives and Tech-savvy person.
Solid experience operating video editing and motion graphic tools (e.g. Premiere, After Effect);
