Perform day-to-day due-diligence review of employee’s payroll account on internal KYC System in accordance to the applicable regulations and internal policies
Perform due and timely escalation to HR respective parties whenever needed
Properly record and maintain documentation of necessary supporting documents
Oversee employee’s transaction monitoring and investigations, including filing suspicious transaction reporting
Conduct appropriate levels of due diligence on accounts based on the customer's risk score
3-4 year(s) of working experience in the payroll area is a must
Solid experience in ensuring the accuracy of payroll data
Experience dealing with all level of management
Experience in handling payroll administrations
Fluent in English, verbal and written detail-oriented
