As a Die Prep TSG Equipment Engineer, you will be overseeing the line sustaining, setup/conversion efficiency, shift technician compliance and utilization. You will also be training and enhancing the team technical skills to be able to troubleshoot and repair related machines.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
. Monitor equipment performance key indicators and responsible to meet expectation.
. Provide necessary production support.
. Ensure all shift technicians are well trained on the correspond equipment troubleshooting and Repair.
. Ensure Equipment line sustaining KPI are met such as MTTR, Conversion efficiency, Setup Efficiency and Overall Technician Utilization.
. Ensure line compliance on 6s, SOP and EHS.
. Define, develop and maintain technician capabilities, strategy and roadmap.
. Regularly conduct technician benchmarking exercise.
. With hand to hand with other functional group (EE, PE, QA, NPI and Production team)
Requirements:
. Degree in Physics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related Engineering.
. Minimum 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
. Knowledge in Die Prep process will be added advantages.
. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
. Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently.
. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
