1. Identify opportunities to improve the workflow, procedures and admin tools used (SAP and other manual docs admin) within the Logistics Division.
2. Manage the introduction, trial and launch of new initiatives improvements by working closely with internal stakeholders (related functions and Subject Metter Expert); supporting the impacted function integrating this initiatives within current working practices.
3. Assisting with viewing, improving and redesigning business processes that related to external stakeholders on Logistics Division and continually develop relationships with key vendors/ suppliers to ensure operational capability are still in place and keep continuing the services to the business (no business disruption during changes/ improvement transition).
4. Enhancing operational efficiency by improving/ strengthening cross functional team working and collaboration.
5. Monitor post improvement initiatives implementation to ensure the initiatives are sustainable and work as planned.
6. Assist for developing and delivering improvements across Refineries Logistics.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
min 4 years experience in related field
have good understanding in conduct process analysis and business process improvement.
