Be the expert of the brand/category/segment with an in-depth understanding of consumer and market facts as well as trends and insights
Continuously share findings and make recommendations to or with Manager, zone and DMI to create the opportunity that local needs that are integrated into international plans
Develop and drive strategic and mid-term operational plan (launch plan, promo plan, media plan etc.) in alignment with Manager to deliver yearly budget targets.
Drive the ambition plan of brand/segment/category for the upcoming business years integrating brand strategy to create the opportunity to over-deliver yearly budget targets
Manage the local product portfolio to maximize hero propositions and identify and drive the complementary launches
Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, competition strategies and proactively propose activities and promotions to Manager and collaborate on strategic projects directly together with Manager
Manage A&P budget independently with the respective category controller and ensure forecast accuracy with the respective category demand planner
Manage his brand/segment/category by mobilizing peer functions in interface departments (sales, supply chain, controlling, category management, CMI, etc...) and make recommendations to Manager
Be the daily contact for all partner agencies to drive and execute efficient in-store campaigns as well as media campaigns and integrated marketing campaigns (media agency, creative agencies and content factory)
Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor Degree from top tier university
4-5 years of working experience as brand manager / product manger in beauty industry
Proficient in English
Good knowledge about B2B business and e-commerce
Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
Catch-up new technologies and execute assessment or standardization as necessary.
