Job Description :
1. Engage in negotiation and purchasing of tools, equipment, instruments, production consumables, safety items, etc. for operational needs from local and overseas vendors as requested by all departments in CPS Indonesia.
2. Administer procurement function in negotiate services to support plant operation such as service contract for Waste Management, Waste Water Treatment, Pest Control, MHE maintenance, etc. and various projects on line improvement initiatives.
3. Liaise with Finance Department and vendors/suppliers on registering and update their profile in SAP system (including payment terms & new vendor setup).
4. Work with internal stakeholders to develop alternative supply sources with competitive pricing, quality and/or improved delivery lead-time.
5. Strict compliance to COBC (Code of Business Conduct), Safety, KORE and any other new policy/requirement.
Job Requirement :
1. Minimum holds Diploma Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum holds 2-3 years experience in procurement
3. Strong knowledge and skill on negotiation
4. Familiar in using SAP
5. Fluency in english is a plus point
