Analyze brand positioning and understand target audience behavior / needs.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Devise innovative growth strategies.
Translate campaign brief into creative ideas / innovative strategies and leard the creative development to make the brand stand out and to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
Monitor market trends, consumer insight and competitor’s activites. Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activites (across all platforms, includes digital).
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
Job Requirement
Min 3 years experience as Creative Manager (Startup / Digital platform company / Advertising Agency) preferably has experience in Digital Marketing.
Bachelor Degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns including strategy, brand awareness
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
