Job Description

Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets

Plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.

Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season

Analyse every aspect of bestsellers, ensuring that they reach their full potential.

Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.

Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with any problems or delays as they arise.

Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise sales.

Gather information on customer's reactions to products.

Maintain awareness of competitor's performance.

Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

Create periodicaly report to Key Account Manager.
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.

Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures.

The ability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people

The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solution

Have good self-confidence

Willing to do travel
