Job Description

Installation and Configuration of VMWare products, such as ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSphere Replication, vROPS, etc

Troubleshooting all related VMWare Products

Monitoring the VMWare Products

Creating VM Templates with the latest updates of Operating Systems (Windows or Linux)

Configuring, Implementing, and Testing Disaster Recovery using VMWare SRM

Configuring Network and Storage in ESXi Hosts, vCenter, and VMs

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on VMWare related products

Knowledge, skills, and attributes:
Ability to work under pressure

Able to work in a team

Willing to work on shit hours

Understand VMware Vsphere Technology

Experience in Managing VMware Site Recovery Manager

Experience in Managing vCenter Server

Experience in creating and managing Virtual Machine, create/delete/revert VM Snapshot

Experience in vMotion, storage vMotion

Understanding of Windows Servers Technology is an advantage

Understanding of Linux Server Technology is an advantage

Academic qualifications and certifications:
Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems

VCP is an advantage

Relevant vendor and industry certifications, e.g. Microsoft

Advantageous Certifications:
Meraki Certifications

MCSA, MCSE, RHEL, VCP

MS-IIS Server

VMware certification is an advantage

Experience required:
FSI/Banking background

Experience on VMWare ESXi, vCenter, SRM, and vROPS
