Develop sales plans and forecasts for key customers and accounts; implement sales and trading programs; monitor sales progress, stock position, and collection; and conclude sales activities so that the sales objectivesare met.
Implement the promotional activities for focus products.
Implement Sales Excellence and Merchandising program.
Report sales activities, including trading program and customer feedback; sample usage; and information on competitor activities (i.e. price, stock, promotion and distribution) to the Area Sales Manager.
Manage and supervise the activities of Sales Promotor(s) and reallocate their resources to improve and maximize overall results.
For Senior Sales Executives: Coach and mentor less experienced Sales Executive(s) on the technical aspects of the organization's products; on sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
WHO YOU ARE
Education: University degree in agronomy or plant protection.
Work Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience (Sales Executives), or fresh graduate (Sales Representatives)
Good understanding of agriculture practices.
Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
