1. General Function (Purpose of Position)
Responsible for understanding and developing Veolia Target market in Indonesia: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, F&B, Pulp and Paper, Mining.
2. Task
Technical
Lead the Large Engineered Package (LEP) and Modular Engineered Package (MEP) sales activities in Indonesia for target markets
Develop and maintain relationship with End Users, EPC Contractors and Consultants (KAM)
Qualify all leads based on VWT's core competencies, market competition landscapes, customers' key drivers and apply internal/ external leverages for winning edge.
Follow internal procedures for Skywater updates, Technical Screening, Go No Go processes with internal platform team while leading on Sales Strategies.
Leverage with Marcom to analyze the target markets to develop new leads/ opportunities in the early stages of project development
Identify key consultants to promote MEP packages to increase market awareness and applications of Veolia's technologies
Identify key EPC companies to be MEP Partners to apply VWT's Modular Engineered Packages
Achieve the sales targets set by the company
Stay informed on the technical development of the company and externally, the dynamics of the competition landscapes
Support tasks assigned by Country Director

Quality
Apply the Quality procedure for operations bound to their activities
Education
University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical)
Master in Business Administration a plus
8 - 10 year(s) of experience in sales management in water treatment or other equipment in the above-mentioned industries
Driving license is required
good written and verbal communication skills
