To serve and or respond to any questions, complaints and warranty claims from customers properly and forward them to the relevant department. Support service, helpdesk response, and customer satisfaction (Non-Project)/ Aftersales

  • First response time for new service request within 8 working hours
  • Support to manage service engineer request
  • Communicate to customer for mobilisation schedule
  • Maintain Service Database Request (SRD)
  • Collect Time sheet & Job result documents from Engineer
  • Manage Customer satisfaction Survey

Specification :

  • Min D3 Engineer
  • Experience 1-2 years as admin support, Customer Services / Help Desk
  • Can operate computer with excellent Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
  • Communicative, cooperative, details and problem solving
  • Work as a team, and minimum supervision
  • Understand project administration services
