Job Description

  • 20 - 30 years

Requirement & Responsibility :

Responsibilities :

  • Collect all information pertinent to new employees
  • Draft and prepare all letters pertinent to personnel and recruitment process
  • Maintain and manage HRIS along with hard copy records of employees
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records since hire to retire
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

Requirements :

  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in speed while maintaining the quality of work
