Job Description

Jakarta Marketing Intern / Part-time Job Description
  • Deliver 100% QC process: executing thorough check between game operational sheet against Backend setting
  • Maintain operational QC tracker
  • Align with game PICs regarding all the necessary QC processes, including tracker maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and corrective actions
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills
  • Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer interactions (report on a daily basis)
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Background/experience in operations from any industry will be a plus (experience in operations within a tech industry will be highly preferred)
  • Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
  • Strong proficiency in Bahasa and Arabic
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and analytical
