Jakarta Marketing Intern / Part-time Job Description

Deliver 100% QC process: executing thorough check between game operational sheet against Backend setting
Maintain operational QC tracker
Align with game PICs regarding all the necessary QC processes, including tracker maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and corrective actions
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills
Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer interactions (report on a daily basis)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree from any major
Background/experience in operations from any industry will be a plus (experience in operations within a tech industry will be highly preferred)
Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
Strong proficiency in Bahasa and Arabic
High attention to detail
Proactive and analytical
