Create analysis of our brand: strategy vs perception including analysis of competitor's branding perception (e.g. through market research, survey etc).
Help develop, manage and organise agreed brand strategy and further develop the brand across key stakeholders.
Help capitalise the brand into the organisation's strength and financial prudence.
Support Marketing & Communications Manager in developing advertising concept (including copywriting and storyline development)
Sourcing content and overseeing the development of marketing assets, including written copies, images and videos
Stakeholder Management
Provide assistance in the execution in managing, monitoring and improving stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Provide assistance in the execution in ensuring a high level of engagement amongst stakeholder groups.
Marketing Strategy
Contribute proactively in planning the marketing strategy and tactical plans.
.Help move forward successfully the agreed marketing strategy and tactical agenda within the timeline and budget.
.Help create marketing campaign analysis in order to ensure the effectiveness of the campaign.
Targeting stakeholder groups through the appropriate channels including website and social media.
Communications
Inform and engage the BSJ community in developments at the School.
Implementing and evaluating the School's communications policies and procedures.
Provide assistance in planning, producing and editing content for community communications, such as Firefly (intranet) messages from leadership, publications (Including the School website) and event presentations.
Analysing and executing the queries and conflict where communication breakdown is a cause in order to help resolve that problem.

.Manage and improve content, user experience and navigation of BSJ Digital Hub.
Public Relations (PR)
Lead and maintain relationships with paying and non-paying media partners.
Prepare and distribute press releases to targeted media (bilingual).
.Develop media monitoring report, including trend and competitor analysis
.Prepare and facilitate media engagement activities, including interview, visit and gathering events.
General Duties
To be familiar with, and uphold all, Safeguarding policies and Child Protection and Responsible Use of Data policies and procedures within the school.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Marketing and Communications Manager or the Commercial Enterprise and Development Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum S1 / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and tactical marketing that encompasses the following areas: public relations, brand development, internal communication, stakeholder management. Knowledge about international education and digital marketing is preferred.
Exposure in stakeholder management and in overcoming the typical obstacles especially in the context of international education.
Dealing with external parties such as journalists, media partners, advertising agencies, and other event-based marketing and communication initiatives and activities.
Excellent English Language skills with a strong writing skill
