Job Description
1. Manage and improve concerns of marketplace sellers based on ticket escalation and monthly seller survey
2. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives by creating all project require by gather and lead all stakeholders
3. Support and make sure smooth seller experience during Campaign period
4. Perform end to end process for any new feature launch that needed by seller, start from PRD requirement, UAT, launching process and seller communication and education process
Job Requirements
1. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2. Excellent excel and presentation skills
3. Previous experience which demonstrates logistic and seller experience
4. Detailed background knowledge or hands-on experience on stakeholders management
5. Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
6. Hard worker, detail oriented and meticulous
7. Ability to communicate effectively with team, seller and third parties
8. Proactive and able to use initiative
9. Good time management skills and ability to multitask
10. Yes, I can do attitude
