Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality OTR processes (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification, order management, delivery to channel partner or end customer and invoicing)
  • Support sourcing and replenishment activities for customer orders fulfilment
  • Interface with all internal and external customers (Sales, Services, Marketing, OPSI, HPM, Finance, Logistic, Manufacturing & Supply chain, Freight forwarder, custom broker) to assure on time and high-quality order fulfilment
  • Liaise with internal and external customers on all topics related to order management.
  • Follow up closely with factories on all backlogs
  • Coordinate shipments with Logistic & forwarder
  • Coordinate with commercial, HPM and Logistic on Delivery Plan
  • Manage customer inquiry related to shipment details and other documents
  • Manage credit and returns as per company policy
  • Work within compliance requirements and in line with the documented quality systems and report any anomalies
  • Ensure files of customer records, quotations and internal/external purchase orders are kept up to date in GE box folder
  • Drive and maintain accuracy of KPI hygiene such as Backlog Key Date management, On Time delivery, clean order whenever it’s applicable, Meet inventory optimization KPI
  • Handling administrative part of the OTR Team such as producing documents, letter, certificate.
  • Producing excel Reports for Inventory, Fulfillment on 3 segments of GE Healthcare.
  • Willing to learn on system usage such as Oracle, MyOrder, E-Order Management, etc.
  • Communicating with fellow OTR, Business Ops team, Commercial team and Factory team for day to day follow up
  • Assisting with the Digital Healthcare Segment (HCIT)
  • Creator a PO to supplier including delivery date schedule that match with main equipment delivery plan, invoicing, payment to supplier and communicating with sourcing and third party vendors.
  • Rotation of back up with other PnL including Demo
  • Performing other tasks or duties assigned by company.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics-related field
  • A minimum of 3 years order management experience and/ or Logistic import /export operations experience
  • Experience working in a complex supply chain environment
  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
  • Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office applications and excel for data analysis.
  • Oracle system knowledge base
  • Excellent in English writing / speaking
  • Highly motivated & Team player mindset
