Job Purpose: - Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records; requests; client complains etc. - Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently. - To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office. - Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales; answering to queries. Qualifications & Experience: - High school level of education or equivalent. - 4 years experience in Sales & Travel related field. - Higher secondary education. - Adequate command of written and spoken English. - Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people (staff and external customers). Additional Information - Must have the right to work and live in Indonesia. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
