As an Operations Intern, you’ll be supporting the Operations Manager of Remote and Head Hunting division with the creation and enforcement of company policies and standards managing the day-to-day business.
A successful Operations Intern should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision-making.

Process and Data Management
Remain updated with different business units’ processes and workflows to analyze effectiveness and efficiency
Support business unit leads to proactively identify the operational problem
Assist in creating and maintaining playbook processes, user manuals, and customer journey workflows across each business unit.
Documentation
Assist in drafting and proofreading contracts and legal documents for internal and external purposes
Assist partners and vendors for employment needs
Assist Operations Manager in creating business performance reports, dashboards, and data management to come up with business strategies.
Client and Project Management
Collaborate with the clients in solving talent gaps to achieve success in hiring
Assist end-to-end employment process ensuring client expectations are met.
Graduate of Management, Communications Technology, Management Engineering or any management related course
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
