You will be based in our Jakarta office as part of our McKinsey Technology & Digital (T&D) within our Global Office Technology.
What You'll Do
You will help our colleagues to understand and utilize technology tools within our environment.
In this role, when a customer needs assistance, you will quickly assess their situation. Sometimes, you will take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot. At other times, you will refer colleagues to other T&D team members who get them up and running again.
You will earn the trust of colleagues and team members alike as you offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training including personal training for new colleagues, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started.
As new technology tools are implemented in McKinsey, you are will be the first to learn, share and inspire others around you.
You will use this knowledge to be highly influential in how you engage with colleagues through in-Office demonstrations, workshops and events.
Lastly, you will connect with colleagues to discover their needs and how they are working, and share this knowledge with T&D Product teams to better create products, solutions & experiences to ensure McKinsey colleagues continue to have a sustainable impact throughout the world.
Qualifications
Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom; willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed
Professional behavior that consistently supports the firm's mission, values, and guiding principles
Leadership presence and ability to build relationships with and manage multiple stakeholders, including both internal colleagues and external suppliers
Ability to set priorities in a collaborative way, identify issues, leverage data for decision-making, and creatively problem solve with a solution-oriented mindset
