The selected people partner acts as point of contact for employees and takes ownership of delivering a great employee experience in assigned location or area. For this specific role, he/she will focus in driving our people and business strategies into life to our growing teams in the contract logistics.

Key responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for country leaders for critical HR initiatives, and give tactical and operational guidance, efforts, direction, coaching, and advice on all HR activities to country leaders.

Partner with supported leaders and their teams to create great relationships and provide sparing and advice on personnel issues.

Organize and assist managers with the HR core process.

Ensure data-driven dialogues with leaders and HRBPs.

Monitor workload, sick leave data, engagement, job satisfaction, diversity and inclusion, and other metrics in the field, and address areas for improvement among leaders and local management.

Assisting leaders in the management of people performance cases and making recommendations for action plans

Collaborate with leaders on corporate/COE-driven projects and activities, such as Star Award submissions.

Work with the HR community to get the help you need for the annual HR cycle.

Deliver HR-related trainings and workshops to local leadership teams and varied employee populations.

Keep an eye on exit interview trends and look for ways to improve.

Participate in on-site recruitment as needed, as well as arrange and perform on-site staff activities such as onboarding and training sessions.
