1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, Business Management or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning in manufacturing industry.
3. Experiences in the FMCG in confectionary business is preferred.
4. Capable of complex analysis in Production Planning, logical thinking, and strategy planning
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Capable of working effectively as a team player.
7. Team oriented approach to work.
8. Ability to self-manage and to make one’s own decisions.
9. Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
10. Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous and strong follow up skills.
1. Assist the Manufacture Head in making and managing production plans according to Demand Planner's requests while maintaining the Inventory Level according to predetermined standards
2. Manage & Monitor RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) purchases & maintains RMPM Inventory Levels at predetermined levels
3. Organize and make a daily production schedule according to the required RFC (Request for Comments) based on the Logistics Delivery Plan, Buffer Stock and taking into account efficiency in production
4. Ensuring Inventory Record Accuracy, Days of Inventory, SLOB Excess are in accordance with the predetermined target
5. Achieve Master Production Schedule (MPS)
6. Fulfillment of Food Safety, Quality, Kaizen & Quality Standards
7. Good in strategic thinking, communication, integrity, teamwork, MRP System, forecasting, Bill of Material, Production Plan, Machine & Process Knowledge, and Reporting
8. Report to Senior Manager & Manufacture Head (AVP)
