Purpose of the position
Support sales team on general sales assistance converging sales order, quotation, invoice, shipment, documentation, tracking system process, logistics formalities, commissioning, payment
Areas of responsibility
Responsible for order handling in the assigned area by working closely with Sales persons.
Supporting ID sales and marketing activities
Generating quotation, order acknowledgement, invoices and all other documents required in the sales and order handling process in the Company's Baan system.
Verifying terms of delivery and payment for ID offering including L/C and BG.
Obtaining approval for the documents.
Forwarding documents to Logistics team.
Processing order booking in the Company's Baan system.
Filing commercial documents.
Communicating with customers in responsible area of on commercial issues.
Monitoring and periodically reporting the status of order backlog.
Following up on incoming for services.
Following up on payments.
Performing other related tasks assigned by superior.
Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company’s’ management system, policies, practices and instructions.
Basic requirements of the position
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience working in a sales coordinator role, preferably for an international company.
Knowing Letter of Credit and delivery terms is advantage.
Intermediate English level.
Proficient in MS office.
Be service minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and good management skills
