As our Recruitment person, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of Gojek that’s in charge of finding the best tech talents in the world to join our family. Specifically, you’ll lead the teams and recruiting strategy for our Payments & Financial Services stream (i.e. GoPay, GoFin, Midtrans, Spots, and Moka). You'll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire, act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, and ensure the team is working efficiently to drive our Payments & Financial Services to more corners of the globe.
What You Will Do
Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs and build a healthy pipeline of tech candidates both active and passive
Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer management
Own and drive the intake meeting, interview team kick-off & debrief process for candidates
Effectively pitch entire internal organization structure and proactively set expectations and take corrective actions with business leaders as well as with potential candidates
Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships
Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
What You Will Need
At least 2 years in tech recruitment with proven experience in sourcing for niche roles both via traditional and unconventional/out of box Idea to build a strong pipeline
Ability to identify passive candidates and market mapping based on both relevant skills and industry
An understanding of talent distribution and the various strategies to ensure strong pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
Ability to effectively present recruiting data to stakeholders to share status updates and identify inefficiencies, if any in processes or teams.
Ability to pitch an organization by demonstrating business understanding of various products, their impact, Demonstrable market awareness with the ability to navigate ambiguity when dealing with minimal information
Takes initiative to organize people and activities for simple and complex processes, overseeing and directing moderately complex operations efficiently and employing the practices, processes, and procedures necessary to get things done
