Kualifikasi :

  • Pria, Usia max 27 thn
  • Pendidikan manimal D3 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Teknik Elektro/Sistem Komputer (atau jurusan komputer lainnya).
  • Mempunyai kemampuan mengoperasikan OS Linux atau Windows Server.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan membangun Web dan Mail Hosting.
  • Mempunyai Pengetahuan dan kemampuan membangun Database Server.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan dan memahami proses instalasi infrastruktur Cloud Server dan Cloud Storage.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan dalam Domain Provisioning Process.
  • Memiliki analisa yang baik dalam melakukan problem solving.
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi.

Tugas :

Melakukan penanganan Instalasi, Troubelshoot, Maintenance, Monitoring, Dokumentasi dan Pengembangan:
1. Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi pada infrastruktur Managed Services.
2. Melakukan monitoring dan pencatatan terhadap infrastruktur Managed Services.
3. Melakukan penanganan atas permasalahan yang terjadi layanan Managed Services.
4. Melakukan pelemilharaan pada infrastruktur layanan Managed Services.
5. Membuat dokumentasi berkaitan dengan penanganan pekerjaan dan hasil analisis.
6. Memberikan informasi dan solusi mengenai teknologi informasi terhadap customer managed services.
7. Melakukan otomasi sistem menggunakan management tools yg tersedia.
